Kristy M. Goldman
With over a decade of experience, Ms. Goldman is a skilled practitioner in all aspects of litigation, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation. She has been on the litigation and trial teams for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to locally-owned small businesses and individuals. In addition, Ms. Goldman has experience advising clients in every phase of business ranging from entity formation, the acquisition and disposition of assets and ownership interests, and the wind down process.
Prior to joining the Casey Law Group, Ms. Goldman was General Counsel for a mortgage lender with a national presence, handling all aspects of the company’s litigation in jurisdictions across the country and negotiating critical business agreements. Her experience as in-house legal counsel makes Ms. Goldman uniquely sensitive to the necessity of balancing legal risk management with the operational and practical demands of her clients’ businesses. Prior to her General Counsel role, Ms. Goldman practiced for a respected national law firm and a Texas litigation boutique.
Ms. Goldman is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Texas and the federal courts of the Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas. Ms. Goldman graduated cum laude from Baylor Law School in 2008 where she served as an articles editor on the Baylor Law Review. She graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2005 with a B.S. in Biology.
